Our take
I tried these silicone dumbbell grips to give my barbell a little more padding. They are chunky at 10cm long, and the silicone feels dense. They slip onto the bar okay, but the 5.1cm diameter might be too narrow for thicker barbells. The gripping surface is decent, but I found they can slide around during hip thrusts. For the price, they're not bad, but don't expect a perfect fit on everything. If you need basic hand pads, they'll do, but there are probably better options out there.
