These are literally the lightest dumbbells I've ever used—2.2 lbs each. Great for Pilates or rehab, but don't expect any real resistance. The teal silicone is soft and noiseless, which is nice. However, the price seems steep for what you get. If you need very light weights for toning, they work, but not for strength training.
