I grabbed this Bala set for its versatility—the 10 lb kettlebell is nicely balanced, and the 1 lb wrist/ankle weights add extra intensity to yoga or Pilates. The silicone foam covering is comfortable and won't scratch floors. That said, 1 lb weights are very light; they're more for added resistance than serious strength work. Also, being discontinued means availability might be spotty. For light training and mobility, it's a good combo.
