Our take
These Gainz grips are identical to the earlier model but pricier here. I appreciate the knurled texture that mimics a real knurled bar, providing solid grip. The silicone is soft yet firm, and they install quickly. The 2-inch thickness definitely challenges my grip. However, at $34 for a single, it's expensive compared to similar items. Also, the blue color may not appeal to everyone. If you don't mind the cost, it works well for thick bar training, but I'd look for a better value.
