Our take
I applied this silicone grip tape to my pull-up bar and dumbbell handles, and it definitely improves traction, especially when my hands get sweaty. The 0.2-inch thickness adds a nice cushion without feeling too bulky. It’s easy to wrap and stays in place. The pink color is fun, but it might not appeal to everyone. On the downside, the tape is a bit tacky, which can feel weird at first, and it attracts dust and lint. Also, because it’s unbranded, I can’t speak to how long it will last before peeling. Decent value for the price.
