Our take
I bought this fitness combo for home use, and it's okay for light workouts. The hand weight bars are very light (probably 2.2 lbs total for both), so they're best for toning rather than building muscle. The included resistance bands are decent but not the strongest. The silicone coating on the bars is comfortable. At $68.44, I think it's a bit overpriced for what you get. Fine for beginners or for travel, but not for serious strength training.
